We may add, remove, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time. Pricing or plan changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Closing or deleting an account does not necessarily delete all related records. JobaSlips may retain records that must remain available for worker entitlements, employment history, compliance, billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, audit, legal hold, or other lawful purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobaSlips is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, accurate, or suitable for every household, farm, worker, payroll, legal, tax, or compliance scenario.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobaSlips and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings, or data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to JobaSlips for the relevant paid service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or N$500.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
JobaSlips may rely on third-party services such as hosting, storage, OTP delivery, messaging, app-store billing, and payment or infrastructure providers. Those services may have their own terms, policies, outages, and limitations.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Namibia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
In particular, where applicable, consumer protections under Chapter 4 of Namibia's Electronic Transactions Act, 2019 continue to apply, and any clause that would unlawfully remove those rights is not intended to have effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will apply from the time it is posted unless a later date is stated.
