If you can sign in, open the JobaSlips app and go to Help. Employers can create support tickets from the employer Help screen. Workers can create support tickets from the worker Support screen.
In-app support is safest because it links your request to the correct household, worker record, payslip, contract, or support history.
Do not send OTP codes, passwords, full identity numbers, full bank details, or private payroll documents unless a trusted support flow specifically asks for them.
